Synthesis, separation and NMR spectral analysis of methyl apiofuranosides
Ishii, Tadashi,Yanagisawa, Masayuki
, p. 189 - 192 (2007/10/03)
Methyl apiofuranosides were prepared by methanolysis of D-apiose. Four methyl apiofuranosides were separated by ion-exclusion and normal phase chromatography and their structures were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The composition of methyl apiofuranosides was almost the same as that of d-apiose in D2O. Copyright (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd.

, p. 4846 - 4850 (2007/10/02)
Two new isoflavone glycosides, the 8-C-apiosyl(1->6) glucosides of daidzein and genistein, were isolated from the roots and the voluble stems of Pueraria lobata (WILLD.) OHWI.Thirteen known isoflavonoids and related compounds were also found. Keywords - Pueraria lobata; Leguminosae; isoflavonoid; isoflavone apiosyl-glucoside; 13C-NMR spectrum
