General Description

TRIS(DIMETHYLAMINO)ARSINE is a highly toxic and volatile chemical compound with the molecular formula As(NMe2)3. It is commonly used as a precursor for the production of semiconductors and electronic materials such as arsenide layers in photovoltaic devices. TRIS(DIMETHYLAMINO)ARSINE is also used in the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process for thin-film growth and as a dopant in the fabrication of semiconductor devices. However, due to its toxicity and flammability, strict safety precautions and handling procedures must be followed when working with this chemical.
