A branched glycopeptide derivative incorporating two D-mannose 6-phosphate residues was prepared by coupling 6-aminohexyl 6-O-[bis(2,2,2-trichloroethoxy)phosphinyl]-alpha-D-mannopyranoside with N-acetyl-L-tyrosyl-L-aspart-oyldi-L-alanine followed by reduc
