[2 H 3]-method for synthesis of morphine

The invention provides a method for synthesizing [2H3]-morphine. According to the method, morphine serving as a starting raw material is demethylated by using chloro-carbonic ester so as to generate a precursor of [2H3]-morphine, and then the precursor is reduced by a deuteride reducing agent such as lithium aluminum deuteride so as to obtain [2H3]-morphine. The method has the characteristics that the operation is simple, the raw materials are easily available, the reaction time is short, and the yield of the reaction is high.
