The invention discloses a method for synthesizing mother nuclei of flomoxef. The method includes taking 7-phenylacetamide-3-hydroxy-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid diphenylmethyl ester as a starting material, and performing 7-position inversion of configuration to obtain HK-2; carrying out double-bond reduction and 3-position bromination to obtain HK-4; protecting a carbonyl group to obtain HK-5, and constructing an exocyclic double-bond prior to carbonyl group deprotection to obtain HK-8; oxidizing an S atom to sulfoxide prior to Mislow-Evans rearrangement and ring opening so as to obtain HK-11, and performing ring closing under the action of boron fluoride ethyl ether to obtain HK-12; subjecting the HK-12 to amino silane protection prior to addition of chlorine and the exocyclic double-bond and elimination, and removing a silicyl protecting group to obtain HK-16; finally, subjecting an N atom to chlorination so as to obtain an HK-17 intermediate, performing elimination reaction to obtainan imine compound HK-18, and performing Michael addition reaction to obtain the mother nuclei of the flomoxef. The mother nuclei of the flomoxef produced according to the method is high in purity andquality and suitable for industrial production.
