The invention relates to a preparation method and application of psoralen benzenesulfonate derivatives, and the compounds are (7-oxo-3-phenyl-7H-furan [3, 2-g] benzofuran-5-) methanesulfonate (compound 7) and compound 7a-7ad. The influence of the 31 psoralen benzenesulfonate derivatives on the generation of melanin in mouse B16 cells is also investigated.
