Psoralen benzenesulfonate derivatives and application thereof

The invention relates to a preparation method and application of psoralen benzenesulfonate derivatives, and the compounds are (7-oxo-3-phenyl-7H-furan [3, 2-g] benzofuran-5-) methanesulfonate (compound 7) and compound 7a-7ad. The influence of the 31 psoralen benzenesulfonate derivatives on the generation of melanin in mouse B16 cells is also investigated. Results show that the compounds 7e, 7i, 7m-7n, 7t-7u, 7w and 7y can be clinically used for preparing medicines for treating leucoderma.
