Pyridazines, XXI. - Synthesis, Structure, and Reactivity of 5-Aroyl-4-pyridazinecarboxylic Acid Derivatives
Haider, Norbert,Heinisch, Gottfried,Kurzmann-Rauscher, Inge,Wolf, Martina
, p. 167 - 182 (2007/10/02)
Ketocarboxylic acids 1 are easily transformed into chlorolactones 7, from which the amides 5 and 11a as well as the azides 6 are obtained.Treatment of the esters 2 and 3 at pH > 7 with hydroxylamine or ammonia yields besides the carboxylic acids 13 or 12
Syntheses and Reactions of Pyridazine Derivatives, XVIII: Synthesis of Novel Halogen Containing 5-Aroylpyridazine-4-carboxylic Acids and Phenyl 4-Pyridazinyl Ketones

, p. 508 - 515 (2007/10/02)
The ketocarboxylic acids 4c-h were prepared by Minisci-reaction of ethyl pyridazine-4-carboxylate, followed by alkaline hydrolysis of the resulting esters 2.Compounds 4 are also obtained by homolytic aroylation of pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid. The hitherto unknown aryl 4-pyridazinyl ketones 5c, d, f, g, h were prepared by decarboxylation of carboxylic acids 4.
