Synthesis and fungicidal activity of O-alkyl O-aryl O-2-(stearamido)ethyl phosphates
Han, Liang,Gao, Jian-Rong,Li, Zheng-Ming
, p. 602 - 608 (2008/12/22)
N-stearoylethanolamine (NAE18:0) was reacted with O-alkyl O-aryl chlorophosphate and a series of O-alkyl O-aryl O-2-(stearamido)ethyl phosphates were synthesized to explore their antifungal activity. Compared with parent NAE18:0, title compounds without substitution or with methyl substitution on a benzene ring exhibited improved antifungal activity.
Operational control of stereoselectivity during the enzymatic hydrolysis of racemic organophosphorus compounds
Li, Yingchun,Aubert, Sarah D.,Raushel, Frank M.
, p. 7526 - 7527 (2007/10/03)
The wild-type bacterial phosphotriesterase catalyzes the stereoselective hydrolysis of racemic pairs of organophosphorus compounds. The enzymatic stereoselectivity can be substantially enhanced via systematic alteration of the pKa for the leavi
Synthesis and quantitative structure-activity relationships of phosphoramidates and phosphorodiamidates incorporating amino acid esters
Ali, Hussein M.,Zidan, Zidan H.
, p. 41 - 54 (2007/10/03)
Two series of O-aryl and N-aryl O-ethyl phosphoramidates and phosphorodiamidates respectively containing α-amino acid ester moieties have been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, IR and mass spectroscopy. Stepwise multiple regression analy
Quantitative structure-activity relationship of a series of N-aryl O- aryl phosphoramidate insecticides
Ali, Hussein M.,Mostafa, Azza A.
, p. 167 - 171 (2007/10/03)
A series of O-ethyl O-aryl N-aryl phosphoramidates was prepared and examined for housefly contact toxicity and acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) inhibition. Results showed a moderate toxicity and enzyme inhibition effect. These biological properties correlated
A Convenient Preparation of Phosphate Diester Monoanions
Krishnan, B. Radha,Winwood, D.,Bodor, N.
, p. 2653 - 2658 (2007/10/02)
A convenient method is described for the preparation of phosphate diester monoanions. The method uses readily available starting materials and does not require the isolation and handling of highly toxic phosphate triesters. The title compounds are useful as models of aged (poisoned) acetyl cholinesterase systems.
