Starting from 2-deoxystreptamine several derivatives were synthesized which are selectively blocked by mesyl-, tosyl-, benzyl-, and N,O-carbonyl groups.From 1,3-N,N-carbonyl-4-O-mesyl-2-deoxystreptamine (25) the epoxide 24 was made accessible which can re
