The present invention relates to novel positive inotropic and lusitropic 3,5-dihydroimidazo[2,1-b]quinazolin-2(1H)-one derivatives having positive inotropic and lusitropic properties which are useful in the treatment of warm-blooded animals suffering from Congestive Heart Failure.
