Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 78905-67-6 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 7,8,9,0 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 78905-67:
(7*7)+(6*8)+(5*9)+(4*0)+(3*5)+(2*6)+(1*7)=176
176 % 10 = 6
So 78905-67-6 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Method for activating C-H bond in C-H bond containing compound and application thereof

-

Paragraph 0088-0122, (2017/09/13)

The invention discloses a method for activating the C-H bond in a C-H bond containing bond. The method comprises the following steps: adding a C-H bond containing compound in a system containing a photocatalyst and solvent under inert gas protection and visible light irradiation, wherein the photocatalyst is a quantum dot. The invention further discloses a method for functionalizing the C-H bond of the C-H bond containing compound. The method comprises the following steps: adding a C-H bond containing compound in a system containing a photocatalyst whch is the quantum dot and solvent under inert gas protection and visible light irradiation, activating the C-H bond and functionalizing allylic C-H bond by utilizing visible light irradiation. According to the method, the quantum dot is used as the photocatalyst, the reaction condition is mild, oxidant participation is not needed, atom economy is realized, and the catalyst can be recycled.
