Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 79062-29-6 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 7,9,0,6 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 9 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 79062-29:
(7*7)+(6*9)+(5*0)+(4*6)+(3*2)+(2*2)+(1*9)=146
146 % 10 = 6
So 79062-29-6 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

New and simple one-step cobalt-catalyzed preparation of functionalized arylstannanes from the corresponding aryl bromides or iodides

Gosmini, Corinne,Perichon, Jacques

, p. 216 - 217 (2005)

The process for the preparation of functionalized arylstannanes from the corresponding aryl bromides or iodides was described. The corresponding arylstannane was detected by gas chromatography using an internal standard alkane. The two-step coupling react

Ni-Catalyzed Stannylation of Aryl Esters via C?O Bond Cleavage

Gu, Yiting,Martín, Rúben

supporting information, p. 3187 - 3190 (2017/03/17)

A Ni-catalyzed stannylation of aryl esters with air- and moisture-insensitive silylstannyl reagents via Csp2 ?O cleavage is described. This protocol is characterized by its wide scope, including challenging combinations, thus enabling access to versatile building blocks and orthogonal C?heteroatom bond formations.

Generation and reaction of cyano-substituted aryllithium compounds using microreactors

Nagaki, Aiichiro,Kim, Heejin,Usutani, Hirotsugu,Matsuo, Chika,Yoshida, Jun-Ichi

, p. 1212 - 1217 (2010/06/13)

We developed a microflow method for the generation and reactions of aryllithiums bearing a cyano group, including o-lithiobenzonitrile, m-lithiobenzonitrile and p-lithiobenzonitrile. The method was effective at much higher temperatures than are required for conventional macrobatch reactions, by virtue of rapid mixing, short residence time, and efficient temperature control. In addition, reactions of o-lithiobenzonitrile with carbonyl compounds followed by trapping of the resulting lithium alkoxides with electrophiles were achieved in an integrated microflow system.
