The invention relates to the technical field of lubricant synthesis, in particular to a lubricant ethylene bis-stearamide (EBS) and a preparation method thereof. The lubricant ethylene bis-stearamide (EBS) is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of stearic acid. 0.5 -1.0 Parts of a compound catalyst, 0.20 -0.45 parts of an antioxidant and 11.7 -12.8 parts of ethylenediamine. The antioxidant is 2, 6 - di-tert-butyl p-cresol. 2 - (2 - Hydroxy -3, 5 -pentylphenyl) benzotriazole, polybutanedioic acid (4 - hydroxy -2, 2, 6, 6 - tetramethyl -1 - piperidinol), β - (4 - 4,4 hydroxylphenyl ', 2 di-tert-butyl) propanoic acid n-octadecanol ester, tris 2,4 - (6 - 3-5 - tert-butylphenyl) propionate, or a combination thereof. Compared with a commercial finished product, the ethylene bisstearamide prepared by the method is more white, good in color and high in finished product quality.

The invention relates to a method for catalytic synthesis of ethylene bis-stearamide by composite doped heteropolyacid salt. The method is characterized in that the composite doped heteropolyacid saltis used as a catalyst to catalyze stearic acid and ethylenediamine to synthesize ethylene bis-stearamide, and the structural formula of the composite doped heteropolyacid salt is shown in the specification, wherein in the formula, R is -C16H33, x is 0.4-0.6, and y is 0.4-0.6. The composite doped heteropolyacid salt catalyst has the advantages that the molecular structure of the composite doped heteropolyacid salt catalyst contains lipophilic groups, the catalyst has the characteristics of good affinity to the raw material stearic acid, high specific surface area, suitable acid strength, highsurface acid amount, excellent catalytic performance on the ethylene bis-stearamide synthesis reaction, high product yield, light color and luster, and high purity.

The preparation method of the vinyl distearamide is simple in process, no 'three wastes' emission is produced in the process of preparing the vinyl distearamide, the yield is high, and the prepared vinyl distearamide is high in purity, low in chromaticity and narrow in melting range.
