The invention discloses a piperazine derivative, a method for preparing the same and application of the piperazine derivative, and belongs to the technical field of organic synthesis. A general formula of the piperazine derivative is shown. An R in the general formula represents pyridyl or diphenyl or substituted phenyl with chlorine groups, fluorine groups, methoxy groups, hydrogen groups, methyl or nitro groups. The piperazine derivative, the method and the application have the advantages that quinazolinone with excellent anticancer activity is led into phenylpiperazine rings to prepare the piperazine derivative which is a phenylpiperazine derivative with the quinazolinone, accordingly, obvious effects of inhibiting growth of breast cancer cells can be realized, and the piperazine derivative can be applied to preparing anti-breast-cancer medicines.
