Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 81310-62-5 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 8,1,3,1 and 0 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 81310-62:
(7*8)+(6*1)+(5*3)+(4*1)+(3*0)+(2*6)+(1*2)=95
95 % 10 = 5
So 81310-62-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis of substituted 4(Z)-(methoxyimino)pentyl-1-piperidines as dual NK1/NK2 inhibitors
Ting, Pauline C,Lee, Joe F,Anthes, John C,Shih, Neng-Yang,Piwinski, John J
, p. 491 - 494 (2007/10/03)
The NK1 and NK2 receptor activity of a series of 5-[(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)methoxy]-3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-4(Z)- (methoxyimino)pentyl-1-piperidines was evaluated. Compounds 11d, 11e, 11f, 12a, and 12k were found to be our most potent inhibitors.
