The synthesis of a decaribonucleotide HOCGAUUCCGAGOHOH has been achieved by a phosphotriester method using nucleosides as a starting material.The key step for building trimer blocks was the use of 5'-dimethoxytrityl-2'-t-butyldimethylsilyl-ribonucleotide-3'(p-chlorophenyl,β-cyanoethyl)phosphates.The applied approach gave a rapid method of oligoribonucleotides preparation on a large scale in good yield.
