2-TRIETHYLSILYL- AND 2-TRIETHYLGERMYL-1,3-DI-t-BUTYL-1,3,2-DIAZAPHOSPHORINANES: SYNTHESIS, STRUCTURE AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES

From the reaction of triethylsilyl- and triethylgermyl-lithium (prepared from bis(triethylsilyl-, -germyl-)mercury and lithium in pentane) with 2-chloro-1,3-di-t-butyl-1,3,2-diazaphosphorinane the corresponding derivatives with PIII-Si and PIII-Ge bonds were obtained.It is shown that oxidation of cyclic diaminosilylphosphines yields the corresponding o-silyldiamidophosphates. 1H, 13C, 31P and 29Si NMR spectroscopy has been used to investigate the structures of the novel PIII-phosphinanes.It is shown that the chair conformation is strongly preferred.The orientations of the organoelemental substituents are discussed.
