Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of 1-Aryl-2-aryloymethyl-s-triazoloquinazol-5-ones

1-Aryl-2-aryloxymethyl-s-triazoloquinazol-5-ones (IIa-g) have been synthesized from 4-aryl-5-aryloxymethyl-3-mercapto-s-triazoles (Ia-g) and anthranilic acid under fusion.Twelve of these compounds have been screened for their antifungal activity against Aspergillus flavus.Based on screening data, a possible structur-activity relationship has been given.
