83435-67-0 Usage
Description
Delapril is a new angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor useful in the treatment
of essential hypertension. Orally administered delapril is a prodrug which is de-esterified
to its active diacid metabolite. In hypertensive patients delapril significantly decreased
systolic blood pressure and ACE activity 24 hours after dosing without affecting
endogeneous creatinine clearance.
Originator
Takeda (Japan)
Uses
Delapril Hydrochloride is an angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitor (ACE) used as an antihypertensive drug in some European and Asian countries, but not in America.

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 83435-67-0 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 8,3,4,3 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 83435-67:
(7*8)+(6*3)+(5*4)+(4*3)+(3*5)+(2*6)+(1*7)=140
140 % 10 = 0
So 83435-67-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF AMIDES OF N-[1-(S)-(ETHOXYCARBONYL)-3-PHENYLPROPYL]-L-ALANINE
-
, (2015/01/07)
A process for the production of amides of N-[1-(S)-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenylpropyl]-L-alanine is described. The process can be used for the production of key intermediates and finally the ACE inhibitors such as Ramipril, Enalapril, Quinapril, Trandolapril, Delapril and Moexipril starting from N-[1-(S)-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenylpropyl]-L-alanine by the reaction with the appropriate amines.
Method for producing indan derivatives

, (2008/06/13)
A method for producing an indan derivative represented by the formula: STR1 by condensing an N-(α-alkoxycarbonylaralkyl)-α-amino acid with an N-(indan-2-yl)glycine alkyl or aralkyl ester in the presence of a diphenyl phosphorochloridate, and a method for
