Paragraph 0185-0187, (2018/01/19)
The present invention provides a fluorine-containing solid-phase synthesis reagent and an application thereof. Specifically the present invention provides a fluorine-containing compound capable of being adopted as a nucleic acid monomer, wherein the compo
OLIGONUCLEOTIDE-LIGAND CONJUGATES AND PROCESS FOR THEIR PREPARATION
-
Page/Page column 220; 221, (2015/02/02)
The present invention relates to ligand conjugates of oligonucleotides (e.g., iRNA agents) and methods for their preparation. The ligands are derived primarily from monosaccharides These conjugates are useful for the in vivo delivery of oligonucleotides.
Synthesis of glycol nucleic acids
Zhang, Lilu,Peritz, Adam E.,Carroll, Patrick J.,Meggers, Eric
, p. 645 - 653 (2007/10/03)
Starting from glycidol, the synthesis of dimethoxytritylated glycol nucleoside phosphoramidites of adenine (A), thymine (T), uracil (U), guanine (G), and cytosine (C) is reported. These phosphoramidites are the building blocks for the automated solid phas
Glycerol nucleoside triphosphates: Synthesis and polymerase substrate activities
Horhota, Allen T.,Szostak, Jack W.,McLaughlin, Larry W.
, p. 5345 - 5347 (2007/10/03)
The synthesis of (S)-glycerol nucleoside triphosphates (gNTPs) and the analysis of their substrate activities for enzymatic polymerization is described. NTPs with simplified carbohydrate backbones such as the tNTPs (α-L-threose-NTPs) are polymerase substr
Synthesis of propane-2,3-diol combinatorial monomers
Acevedo, Oscar L.,Andrews, Robert S.
, p. 3931 - 3934 (2007/10/03)
Base catalyzed reaction of heterocyclic bases with R-(+)-glycidol gives heteroaryl-propane-2,3-diols which are functionalized to the 3-O-dimethoxytrityl-2-O-phosphoramidites. A dimethoxytrityl-glycidol is reacted with alkyl or aryl Grignard reagents and then phosphitylated to yield 1-O-dimethoxytrityl-2-phosphoramidites. These compounds can be used for combinatorial oligomer synthesis.
