The invention discloses an anti-rust protection method for reinforced concrete. With the method, a uniform and enclosed protection film can be formed on the surface of a steel bar, and the interior ofconcrete is compact, resistant to compression and free of gaps. The anti-rust protection method comprises the following steps: 1) adding triethylene tetramine and phthalic anhydride into xylene and carrying out a reaction so as to obtain a compound 1; 2) adding the compound 1 and lauric acid into xylene and carrying out an acylation reaction so as to obtain a compound 2; 3) adding the compound 2and hydrazine hydrate into absolute ethyl alcohol and carrying out stirring so as to obtain a compound 3; 4) adding the compound 3 into xylene and carrying out a reaction so as to obtain bicycloimidazoline; 5) activating bicycloimidazoline so as to obtain cationic bicycloimidazoline; and 6) with the aqueous solution of cationic bicycloimidazoline as an electrolyte and the steel bas as a negative electrode, connecting a power supply with the negative electrode and a positive electrode and turning on the power supply.
