PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amine compound which has a high charge transfer ability and can be produced without using a phosphorus reaction reagent giving large loads to the global environments, and to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent electric characteristics, environmental stability, and electric and mechanical durability. SOLUTION: This amine compound represented by general formula (1) [Ar1 to Ar3 are each an aryl group or a monovalent heterocyclic residue; Ar4 is an arylene group or a divalent heterocyclic residue; R1 is an alkyl group, an aryl group, a monovalent heterocyclic residue or an aralkyl group; (n) is an integer of 1 or 2] is added as a charge transfer substance to the charge transfer layer of the electrographic photoreceptor.
