N-aryl bromodifluoroacetimidoyl halides were prepared by the reaction of bromodifluoroacetic acid, triphenyl phosphine, p-arylaniline and triethylamine in tetrachloromethane in good yields. Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of N-aryl bromodifluoroimidoyl iodide with arylboronic acids was realized to afford bromodifuoromethyl ketimine in good yields.
