Stereoselective synthesis of 4-substituted 1,2,3,4,10,10a- hexahydropyrazino[1,2-a]indoles

4-Substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrazino[1,2-a]indoles were synthesized from 2-cyanoindole. (R)-4-Methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrazino[1,2-a]indole was obtained by the Mitsunobu reaction. Stereoselective reduction of 4-substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrazino[
