PRL-3 INHIBITOR I, also known as P0108, is a potent inhibitor of phosphatase of regenerating liver-3 (PRL-3) with an IC50 value of 0.9 μM. It has been shown to reduce the invasive properties of mouse melanoma B16F10 cells in a cellular model, sensitize PRL-3-expressing cancer cells to chemotherapeutics, and inhibit dephosphorylation of tyrosine-783 of integrin β1 in BGC823 and SW480 cells.
