7-Xylosyl-10-deacetyltaxol is a naturally occurring metabolite of the well-known chemotherapeutic drug Paclitaxel (P132500). It is characterized by the presence of a xylose sugar moiety at the 7th position and the absence of an acetyl group at the 10th position, which differentiates it from its parent compound. This unique structure may confer distinct biological properties and potential therapeutic applications.

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 90332-63-1 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 9,0,3,3 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 90332-63:
(7*9)+(6*0)+(5*3)+(4*3)+(3*2)+(2*6)+(1*3)=111
111 % 10 = 1
So 90332-63-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Preparation method of 7-xylosyltaxol

-

Paragraph 0015; 0030; 0032; 0039; 0041; 0044; 0046, (2021/09/08)

The invention relates to a preparation method of 7-xylosyltaxol, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of taxane anticancer drugs, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, dissolving a 7-xylosyl-10-deacetylpaclitaxel extract with dichloromethane and pyridine, dropwise adding 2,2,2-trichloroethyl chloroformate while stirring, and reacting to obtain a product I; S2, dissolving the product I in methanol and acetic acid, adding zinc powder, and stirring for reaction to obtain a product II; S3, dissolving the product II in tetrahydrofuran, adding cerium trichloride, dropwise adding acetic anhydride, and stirring for reaction to obtain a product III; and S4, dissolving the product III in methanol, adding a 30% dimethylamine methanol solution, and carrying out a stirring reaction to obtain the 7-xylosyltaxol. The method has the advantages of accessibility of initial materials, mild reaction conditions and high purity of target products, and can be used for large-scale preparation.

METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TAXOL AND/OR TAXANES FROM CULTURES OF HAZEL CELLS

-

, (2008/06/13)

Method for the production of taxol and/or taxanes, comprising the steps of: a) inducing the formation of callus from a plant tissue explant, through in vitro culturing in a suitable nutritient medium, b) cultivating the callus in a liquid medium to obtain a cell suspension culture capable of producing taxol and/or taxanes, c) recovering the taxol and/or the taxanes from the cells and/or from the culture medium of the cell suspension obtained from the callus in which the tissue explant is obtained from a plant of the genus Corylus, in particular Corylus avellana.
