Paragraph 0061-0074; 0092-0098; 0100, (2020/09/30)
The invention belongs to the technical field of antigen detection, and particularly relates to an AIE molecular structure. An AIE molecular structure, which is provided with a carboxyl group and is constructed based on a D-pi-A structure, and a salt, hydrate or chelate thereof are used for directly labeling a detection antibody to detect a specific antigen. The AIE molecular structure has the beneficial effects that the preparation process is simple (an AIE material is used for directly labeling an antibody, and a nano particle preparation step is not needed); compared with a nucleic acid detection reagent, the production environment requirement is low, the infection risk is low; the detection limit is low (1ng/mL), the detection accuracy is high, and the AIE molecular structure can be used for quantitative detection; the application is convenient, the technical requirement for operators is low; and the detection is rapid (only 15 minutes).
