Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 92101-56-9 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 9,2,1,0 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 5 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 92101-56:
(7*9)+(6*2)+(5*1)+(4*0)+(3*1)+(2*5)+(1*6)=99
99 % 10 = 9
So 92101-56-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Takai-Utimoto reactions of oxoalkylhalides catalytic in chromium and cobalt

Wessjohann, Ludger A.,Schrekker, Henri S.

, p. 4323 - 4325 (2007)

The scope of chromium(II)/cobalt(I)-catalyzed Takai-Utimoto reactions was extended to substrates with unprotected reactive functional groups. In the presence of a higher chlorosilane and manganese the first chromium(II)/cobalt(I)-catalyzed version for the

Ir(NHC)-Catalyzed Synthesis of β-Alkylated Alcohols via Borrowing Hydrogen Strategy: Influence of Bimetallic Structure

Sung, Kihyuk,Lee, Mi-hyun,Cheong, Yeon-Joo,Kim, Yu Kwon,Yu, Sungju,Jang, Hye-Young

supporting information, p. 3090 - 3097 (2021/05/10)

Multi N-heterocyclic carbene(NHC)-modified iridium catalysts were employed in the β-alkylation of alcohols; dimerization of primary alcohols (Guerbet reaction), cross-coupling of secondary and primary alcohols, and intramolecular cyclization of alcohols. Mechanistic studies of Guerbet reaction, including kinetic experiments, mass analysis, and density functional theory (DFT) calculation, were employed to explain the fast reaction promoted by bimetallic catalysts, and the dramatic reactivity increase of monometallic catalysts at the late stage of the reaction. (Figure presented.).

Chromium-Catalyzed Linear-Selective Alkylation of Aldehydes with Alkenes

Hirao, Yuki,Kanai, Motomu,Katayama, Yuri,Mitsunuma, Harunobu

supporting information, (2020/11/18)

We developed a chromium-catalyzed, photochemical, and linear-selective alkylation of aldehydes with alkylzirconium species generated in situ from a wide range of alkenes and Schwartz's reagent. Photochemical homolysis of the C-Zr bond afforded alkyl radicals, which were then trapped by a chromium complex catalyst to generate the alkylchromium(III) species for polar addition to aldehydes. The reaction proceeded with high functional group tolerance at ambient temperature under visible-light irradiation.

TBD-catalyzed direct 5- and 6-enolexo aldolization of ketoaldehydes

Ghobril, Cynthia,Sabot, Cyrille,Mioskowski, Charles,Baati, Rachid

supporting information; experimental part, p. 4104 - 4108 (2009/05/27)

Treatment of unfunctionalized acyclic ketoaldehydes with a catalytic amount of 1,5,7-triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene induces a direct intramolecular 5- and 6-enolexo aldolization, furnishing 2-ketocyclopentanols and 2-ketocyclohexanols in good-to-excellent yields.
