Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 92557-81-8 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 9,2,5,5 and 7 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 1 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 92557-81:
(7*9)+(6*2)+(5*5)+(4*5)+(3*7)+(2*8)+(1*1)=158
158 % 10 = 8
So 92557-81-8 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis of immunocomponents for the measurement of lead (Pb) by fluorescence polarization immunoassay
Adamczyk, Maciej,Fishpaugh, Jeffrey R.,Heuser, Kevin J.,Ramp, John M.,Reddy, Rajarathnam E.,Wong, Martin
, p. 3093 - 3112 (2007/10/03)
Three novel haptens (5b, 9b, 11b) were synthesized from porphobilinogen (2) and conjugated to bovine serum albumin to afford immunogens (6, 10, 12). Five fluorescent tracers (14, 17, 19, 29, 32) were prepared from porphobilinogen (2), or haptens (9b, 11b, 20b) in >98% purity. The immunogens (6, 10, 12) were utilized for generation of polyclonal antibodies and the best tracer-antibody combination was selected to construct the calibration curve for the measurement of lead.
