Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 93584-03-3 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 9,3,5,8 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 93584-03:
(7*9)+(6*3)+(5*5)+(4*8)+(3*4)+(2*0)+(1*3)=153
153 % 10 = 3
So 93584-03-3 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Several analogues of ethyl 2-[(3-methyl-2,5-dioxo(3-pyrrolinyl))amino]-4-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidine- 5-carboxylate (1) were synthesized and tested as inhibitors of AP-1 and NF-κB mediated transcriptional activation in Jurkat T cells. From our SAR work, ethyl 2-[(3-methyl-2,5-dioxo(3-pyrrolinyl))-N-methylamino]-4-(trifluoromethyl)- pyrimidine-5-carboxylate was identified as a novel and potent inhibitor.
