A mild, efficient, and practical method for one-step synthesis of alkanoyl and aroyl isothiocyanates from carboxylic acids using a safe and inexpensive mixed reagent, trichloroisocyanuric acid/triphenyl-phosphine is described at room temperature. Availability of the reagents and easy workup of the reaction make this method attractive for organic chemists.

The invention discloses an aryl guanidine compound and a preparation method and application thereof. The aryl guanidine compound is of a structure shown as a general formula I. The compound has excellent antitumor effect and can inhibit various cell kinases at the same time, and further cell-level detection finds that the compound has obvious antitumor activity. The compound can be used for preparing drug for preventing and/or treating tumor and cancer.
