Asymmetric synthesis method of chiral pyrazole spiro-furan compound

The invention provides an asymmetric synthesis method of a chiral pyrazole spiro-furan compound as shown in a formula (I). The synthesis method is conducted according to the following steps: mixing a 1,3-cyclohexanedione compound as shown in a formula (II), a pyrazole ketene compound as shown in a formula (III), a chiral squaric acid catalyst and an organic solvent A, conducting reaction at -20 to 60 DEG C for 0.1 to 48 hours to obtain a compound as shown in a formula (IV), adding an iodine source additive, an alkaline substance and an organic solvent B into the compound as shown in the formula (IV), conducting reaction at -20 to 60 DEG C for 0.1 to 48 hours, and performing aftertreatment on the reaction liquid to obtain the chiral pyrazole spiro-furan compound. The synthesis method is mild in reaction condition, high in product yield and excellent in selectivity; the prepared chiral pyrazole spiro-furan compound has chirality and the core skeleton structure has novelty.
