Syntheses and Characterization of Some Carbobutoxythio Compounds and Substituted Oxathiazolones

Eight new carbobutoxythio compounds have been synthesized by reacting n-butoxycarbonylsulfenyl chloride with appropriate compounds to test their use as herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.Three new oxathiazolone derivatives were also synthesized by reacting chlorocarbonylsulfenyl chloride with amides.
