Usage

General Description

Tert-butyl 2-hydroxycyclopentylcarbamate is an organic compound with the chemical formula C11H21NO3. It is a derivative of 2-hydroxycyclopentanecarboxylic acid and is commonly used as a protecting group in organic synthesis. tert-butyl 2-hydroxycyclopentylcarbamate is a white crystalline solid and is soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and methanol.
