The reaction of the (stannylethynyl)amines 1 with aryl isothiocyanates (2) furnishes the S-stannyl 3-aminopropiolothioimidates 4.The S-trimethylstannyl derivatives of 4 react with water, acid chlorides, or phenyl isocyanate to give the ynamine carbothioamides 5, the N-acylynamine carbothioamides 7, and the 4-(aminomethylene)-5-thioxo-2-imidazolidinones 8.The reaction of the N,N-diethylynamine 4a with diphenylketene gives the cyclobutenone 6 by cycloaddition.
