Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 99692-48-5 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 9,9,6,9 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 4 and 8 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 99692-48:
(7*9)+(6*9)+(5*6)+(4*9)+(3*2)+(2*4)+(1*8)=205
205 % 10 = 5
So 99692-48-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Formation of Interribonucleoside Phosphate Bond by the Use of Reagent Formed by the Reaction of 2-Chlorophenyl Phosphorodichloridate with 5-Nitrobenzotriazole and Preparation of Anticodon Triplet of Yeast tRNALys

Seki, Hiroshi,Mitsunobu, Oyo

, p. 775 - 778 (2007/10/02)

The reagent formed by the reaction of 2-chlorophenyl phosphorodichloridate with an equimolar amount of 5-nitrobenzotriazole was treated with protected ribonucleosides having free 3'-OH, followed by protected ribonucleosides having free 5'-OH in pyridine for 8 h (the second step), the corresponding dinucleoside phosphates being obtained in 55-84 percent yields. When the second step was carried out in the presence of 2,6-lutidine, the yields were increased to 80-90 percent within 2 h.By this procedure, the anticodon triplet of yeast tRNALys was prepared in 71 percent yield.

A CONVENIENT PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF DINUCLEOSIDE PHOSPHATES BY THE USE OF A BIFUNCTIONAL PHOSPHORYLATING REAGENTS, 2-CHLOROPHENYLPHOSPHOROBIS(NITROBENZOTRIAZOLIDE)

Mitsunobu, Oyo,Takahashi, Miyako,Seki, Hiroshi,Arai, Makoto,Yasumoto, Fumiko,et al.

, p. 949 - 952 (2007/10/02)

The reagent formed by the reaction of 2-chlorophenyl phosphorodichloridate with 2 molar amounts of 5-nitrobenzotriazole was allowed to react successively with nucleosides having free 3'-hydroxyl groups and nucleosides having free 5'-hydroxyl groups affording the corresponding dinucleoside phosphates in 63-97 percent yields.
