preparation process:
the molten 4,4 '-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone is driven into the pipeline reactor at a high pressure pump with a flow rate of 140 g/h, while the mixture of ammonia and cuprous chloride with a mass fraction of 25% is driven into the pipeline reactor with a flow rate of 800 g/h (of which cuprous chloride flow rate is 5.6 g/h) by a high pressure pump. the continuous ammonolysis reaction was carried out at 14mpa pressure and 220℃ temperature, and the residence time of the reaction material in the high-pressure pipeline was 20 minutes. the product was analyzed by liquid chromatography after decompressing by pressure reducing valve. the ammonolysis product contained 0.1% of 4,4' -dichlorodiphenyl sulfone. the material was sent to the recovery device, the excess ammonia was distilled, and the crude 4,4' -diamino-diphenyl sulfone was separated. the crude product was dissolved in hydrochloric acid with 10% mass fraction at 30℃, decolorized with activated carbon, filtered, cooled to below 10℃, adjusted ph value to 2 ~ 2.5 with 10% mass fraction of sodium carbonate solution, centrifuged filtration, and then washed to neutral, and then dried to obtain the finished product with 99.5% purity of 4,4' -diaminodiphenyl sulfone (liquid chromatographic analysis). the total yield was 97.1% (as 4,4 '-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone).
