5、character: it is anhydrous or contains 1.5 hydrates. anhydrous form occurs as white, granular powder and hydrated form occurs as white, translucent crystal or granule. it’s odorless and smells alkali. i air, it’s very deliquescent. it’s freely soluble in water and aqueous solution is alkaline. it’s insoluble in ethanol or ether.

6、usage: it is used as ph regulator, nutrient, processing aid and spice. when added into noodle and wonton processing properly, it could endow the product with unique flavor, color and resilience.

7、packing: it is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. the net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、storage and transport: it should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
