Alternatively, the tin plate may be immersed in the soln. and electrolyzed, with the surface as anode, at 0.1-50 A/dm2 for 0.1 s-2 min. Thus, a tin plate was degreased and rinsed, and sprayed with a soln. of 3-methyl-5-hydroxypyrazole [4344-87-0] 10, phytic acid [83-86-3] 5, H2ZrF6 [12021-95-3] 25, g-aminopropyltriethoxysilane [919-30-2] 5, HF 2, and H2O2 2 g in 100 mL H2O at 45°, rinsed with tap water and deionized water, and dried at 200°. The corrosion resistance and paint adhesion were good.
