Foliar N, P, Mg, K, Ca, Na, Zn, Mn, Cu, and Fe increased in the treated corn.

DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 5 (Agrochemicals) In ethalfluralin (I) [55283-68-6] tolerance and weed control trials in beans, lima beans, peas, and lentils using trifluralin for comparison, lentils and dry beans showed a greater margin of safety with I than with trifluralin, whereas peas and lima beans showed comparable tolerance to both herbicides. Weed control by I was comparable to trifluoralin for wild oats, lambsquarters, and pigweed and was superior to trifluralin for control of nightshade.
