Diprazin [58-33-3] (5 or 20 mg/kg/day) given orally for 10 days inhibited the reticuloendothelial system function. Diazolin [6153-33-9] (5 or 20 mg/kg/day) given orally for 10 days had similar, but less expressed, inhibitory effects. Amidopyrine [58-15-1] (50 or 100 mg/kg/day for 10 days orally) was also inhibitory. Aspirin [50-78-2] (50 or 100 mg/kg) and Na salicylate [54-21-7] (100 mg/kg) given orally daily for 10 days had no effect on the phagocytic activity of the reticuloendothelial system.
