Abies alba oil (CAS NO.8021-27-0) is mainly used for synthesis of naphthalene and so on. May be appropriate for the soap, air sprays, shaving foam and deodorants flavor, in addition to be used as a disinfectant, pesticides, preservatives.
From the Pinaceae Abies balsamea (Abies balsamea) needles and branch tips derived by steam distillation. Yield of 0.25% ~ 2%. Primarily produced in Canada.
