Synthesis of ω-substituted alkanethiols and (bromomethyl)methylthiomalonates
Pfammatter, Michael J.,Siljegovic, Vuk,Darbre, Tamis,Keese, Reinhart
, p. 678 - 689 (2001)
Several multifunctional derivatives of methylthiomalonic acid (= 2-(thiocarboxy)acetic acid), i.e. 20a,b, 21, 22a,b, and 24, were prepared from thiols bearing a functionalized head group, i.e. from 9a,b, 12, and 16d,f (Schemes 4 and 5). The association constants of the two dithio podands 8b and 11 with K+ were determined.
Oligonucleotide conjugates by means of copper-free click chemistry - Expanding the repertoire of strained cyclooctyne phosphoramidites
Vandelft, Pieter,Vanschie, Evert,Meeuwenoord, Nico J.,Overkleeft, Herman S.,Van Der Marel, Gijsbert A.,Filippov, Dmitri V.
, p. 2724 - 2732 (2011/10/31)
A set of four phosphoramidite building blocks containing a strained dibenzocyclooctyne moiety is reported, including one example equipped with a cleavable disulfide linker. Application of these amidites in solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis yields either 5′- or 3′-cyclooctyne- modified nucleic acids. The strained cyclooctyne-bearing oligonucleotides are used in rapid and clean conjugation reactions with azide-containing (bio)molecules. Georg Thieme Verlag Stuttgart - New York.
New organic picolylamine-type ligands and electrochemical study of their complexation with Cu(MeCN)4ClO4
Majouga,Romashkina,Kashaev,Beloglazkina,Moiseeva,Zyk
experimental part, p. 261 - 268 (2011/11/05)
A series of novel organic ligands with dipicolylamine and disulfide groups connected by polymethylene, alkylaryl, alkoxyaryl, or alkoxycarbonyl linker was synthesized. The electrochemical study by cyclic voltammetry was carried out for two synthesized lig
