The invention relates to an adamantane-based phosphorescent light-emitting main body material and an organic electroluminescent device. The phosphorescent light-emitting main body material is a compound having the structural formula (I) defined in the description: wherein Ar1 and Ar2 are independently selected from C6-C30 substituted or unsubstituted aryl groups; l1 and L2 are each independently a vacant group, a single bond, or a C6-C30 substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; and at least one of Z1, Z2 and Z3 is N, and the others are CH. The adamantane-based phosphorescent light-emitting main body material has the beneficial effects of relatively good thermal stability, high light-emitting efficiency and high light-emitting purity; and the organic electroluminescent device prepared from the organic electroluminescent compound has the advantages of good electroluminescent efficiency, excellent color purity and long service life.
