Uses of Cyclohexyl methacrylate: it can be used to produce 2-hydroperoxy-2-methyl-propionic acid cyclohexyl ester at the temperature of 28 °C. It will need reagents O2, Et3SiH and solvents CH2Cl2, propan-2-ol with the reaction time of 2 hours. This reaction will also need catalyst Co(II)(tdcpp). The yield is about 80%.
