(147 isotope) Nuclear auxiliary power generators, special semiconductor battery, luminescent paint for watch dials, X-ray source, source of β-rays for thickness gauges, used with tungsten cermet for space power systems (withstands 2000C for 1000 hours). Note: Some 30 compounds are known, but may not be commercially available. |
