Following is the molecular structure of O-Hexyloxybenzamide (53370-90-4):

Exalamide Uses

O-Hexyloxybenzamide (53370-90-4) is used as an antifungal.

Exalamide Production

Production methods of O-Hexyloxybenzamide (53370-90-4): Taking 4g of sodium dissolved in 150ml of ethanol, add 24.7g salicylamide. The solution back slowly and gradually adding 24.6g are already bromide. After returning 6h precipitated sodium bromide filtered out as far as distillation to remove ethanol. And then adding water to the residue, filtering out the already oxygen Benzamides. With 50% ethanol aqueous solution recrystallization, colorless crystals were finished.
