the Thp3A structural analogue Thp3C, reaction times are short
and pure products can be obtained easily. In addition, the
method offers the possibility to prepare thiophosphate analogues
and corresponding pentaphosphates and heptaphosphates.
Thus, this strategy represents a novel and broadly applicable
approach in the synthesis of condensed natural oligophosphate
conjugates and their analogues with a huge potential to simplify
current synthetic approaches.46
