Synthesis of β-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl and β-2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl α,β-unsaturated α-amino acid derivatives is reported. 1H-1,2,3-Triazole 4 was found to isomerise to the corresponding 2H-1,2,3-triazole 7.
