Human systemic effects by intravenous route: leukopenia (reduced white blood cell count) and thrombocytopenia (reduced blood platelet count). Human mutation data reported. Questionable carcinogen with experimental tumorigenic data. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of NOx.
